We're hiring our first Partnership Manager focused on the US and Canada to help scale Tidio's partner channel, our third revenue engine alongside inbound and outbound sales.

You'll report directly to our Chief of Staff, who is based in Europe, while working closely with an international team and owning the North American partner strategy.
If you're excited by the opportunity to join an early-stage partner program, shape how it grows, and create new revenue opportunities, we'd love to meet you.
As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will:
Build and grow a portfolio of high-performing agency, affiliate, and e-commerce partners across North America.
Proactively source and close new partners through outbound outreach, marketplaces, partner ecosystems, and industry events.

Help partners generate revenue by enabling successful go-to-market activities and identifying expansion opportunities.
Represent Tidio at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new partnership opportunities.
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.
