We’re looking for a Junior IT Support to join our growing Infrastructure team -you’ll be working alongside another team member already on board and reporting directly to the Head of Infrastructure.

It’s a hands-on role where you’ll support our internal teams, take care of our hardware and tooling, and contribute to keeping our IT environment running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems and want to develop your skills in a modern, product-focused tech company, you’ll feel at home here.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and maintaining the office infrastructure in Szczecin, including basic network configuration.

  • Hardware handling & access management:

    • preparing, shipping, and collecting equipment for new hires and offboarded employees,

    • coordinating device deliveries and returns with our external provider (for employees abroad),

    • managing device replacements and supporting the leasing process,

    • granting and removing access to tools and systems, mainly during onboarding/offboarding.

  • Ongoing IT support:

    • being the first point of contact for employees seeking technical help.

    • troubleshooting everyday issues and keeping things running smoothly.

  • Supporting the automation, improvements, and documentation (e.g., using Bash or Python scripts).

  • Monitoring security alerts (e.g., from Microsoft Defender) and reacting to incidents when they occur.

What else? (Growth & Development Opportunities)

  • Participation in regular infrastructure meetings with the DevOps team, giving you insight into how production systems are run, with occasional collaboration when topics overlap.

  • Hands-on exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code: learning from existing configurations, proposing improvements, and taking part in code reviews.

  • A chance to explore MDM tools and help manage our device fleet.

  • Direct insight into how infrastructure, tooling, and internal processes operate in a modern product-driven tech company, with plenty of space to learn and grow through real, practical experience.

Job requirements

You might be a good fit if you:

  • are ready to work at least 2–3 days per week from our office in Szczecin;

  • have an IT background (e.g., relevant education, internships, personal projects, or your first commercial experience).

  • have basic networking experience (configuring your home network counts);

  • are genuinely curious, eager to learn, and naturally expand your knowledge on your own;

  • are well-organized and reliable — able to coordinate tasks like shipping, receiving, and preparing equipment with an “I’ll figure it out” mindset whenever something new comes your way;

  • enjoy helping others and have strong communication skills, especially when supporting teammates with technical issues;

  • communicate easily in English (at least B2).

We would like to offer you:

  • Salary: 6500 - 10.000 PLN on B2B or 5400 - 8300 PLN gross on UoP

  • Hybrid work model with flexible hours.

  • Mental well-being program – individual therapy sessions and resources for employees.

  • Free access to one of the most popular e-book/audiobook services.
