Location: Warsaw/Cracow (hybrid: 1-2 days per week in the office)
Contract: B2B
Salary: 15 000 - 22 000 PLN net B2B
How this role works:
You will start by building the system as part of our team, working in a focused, greenfield setup. After a few months of introduction to the project, you will seamlessly continue working on the same product directly with the client, becoming part of the client’s team responsible for its long-term development and scaling. There is no handover phase and no context switching - you stay with the same codebase, product, and technical challenges, while gaining long-term ownership and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery of an AI-powered product - from concept to launch, and then scaling
Evolve and execute the roadmap, shaping scope and ensuring alignment between product vision, technical feasibility, and timelines
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and internal partners to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and communicate trade-offs to guide business decisions
Drive transparent communication of progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
Contribute to shaping the product vision by exploring solution options, researching approaches, and validating directions that support expected outcomes
Continuously adapt plans based on delivery insights, changing scope, and business priorities
Job requirements
Core requirements:
2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, driving initiatives from concept to release, ideally with exposure to AI-driven products
Ownership and results-oriented mindset - taking initiative, completing tasks, and delivering tangible impact
Ability to stay effective and deliver results in a fast-changing, multi-tasking environment
Strong analytical thinking - understanding business implications of delivery decisions, AI model costs, data, and charts
Excellent communication skills - clearly presenting risks, trade-offs, and potential impacts to stakeholders and leadership, including technical teams and C-level
Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments
“Founder mindset” - proactive, creative problem-solving, and initiative-driven
Basic understanding of LLM/AI and practical use of tools such as Claude, Lovable, Codex, ChatGPT
Ability to create prototypes, quickly test AI solutions (vibecoding), and draw actionable insights
Ability to balance trade-offs between quality, scope, and timelines while transparently reporting risks and progress
Keeping up with AI and e-commerce trends and applying innovative approaches to product development
