Location: Poland/Europe, remote.

Salary: 13k PLN - 16k PLN / 3086 - 3900 EUR monthly under a B2B contract (self-employed) or an equivalent under a contract of employment.

About Lyro AI

Lyro is Tidio’s AI agent for customer service that aims to provide trustworthy, reliable, and ethical AI support. We help companies add an AI team member to their support operation, often alongside an existing help desk, so they can improve speed, consistency, and customer experience without overhauling their stack.

About the role

Lead Lyro’s content-driven marketing by building the entire content engine from scratch and owning the area end-to-end. This is a high-ownership, build-from-zero role where your work will have a direct impact on pipeline and revenue as Lyro grows into a standalone brand. You’ll report to Tidio’s Head of Growth and have the freedom to test ideas, choose channels, and shape what actually works.

While written content will be your main focus, you’ll also lead programs like webinars, online events, and experiment with formats and channels that drive qualified leads.
You’ll collaborate closely with channel owners across paid, SEO, lifecycle/email, and product marketing to turn strong narratives into scalable demand generation.

Tech stack: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SmartLead, MixMax, G-Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Meets), Slack, Notion, LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and more), Microsoft Clarity, Wynter, internal tools and AI agents, WordPress, Profound, LinkedIn, Cledara, Spendesk.

As the Content & Demand Generation Manager, you will:

  • Own Lyro’s content engine - create high-quality blog posts, landing pages, guides, case studies, and sales narratives for mid-market and enterprise customer service organizations, while experimenting with new formats and channels that convert into pipeline.

  • Run webinars and virtual events - generate topics, recruit speakers, manage logistics, moderate or host sessions, and repurpose materials into content assets to strengthen lead-generation efforts.

  • Develop campaign concepts - craft messaging and content series that resonate with enterprise pain points and buying committees.

  • Support go-to-market execution - partner with paid marketing, SEO, and product marketing manager to align messaging, content, and positioning.

  • Build credibility through customer stories - conduct interviews, create testimonials and case studies, and convert insights into pipeline-supporting content.

  • Project manage delivery - plan timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure content and programs ship on time and with quality.

  • Measure, learn, and iterate - define lightweight success metrics and improve content and programs based on performance.

Job requirements

You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar scope, in a B2B marketing (SaaS or tech environment preferred), ideally in roles with high ownership or early-stage initiatives.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong judgment when creating content for technical products.

  • Comfort hosting webinars, conducting interviews, and appearing on camera when needed.

  • High ownership and autonomy — able to turn ambiguous goals into executed programs and build new initiatives from the ground up.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and follow-through.

  • Analytical mindset — comfortable working with metrics and using data to improve content and campaigns.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving and experimental environment.

  • Fluency in English that enables you to write compelling copy for native-level audiences (bilingual, native, or C2-level language skills preferred).

You will earn extra points for:

  • Experience in marketing to mid-market/enterprise buyers or working with multi-stakeholder messaging.

  • Background in customer service, CX, help desk, or AI-related products.
